2. Membership terms
By subscribing you accept these Terms. Membership renews automatically for the period chosen at checkout unless cancelled. Fee changes require prior notice and apply after the current term.
3. Introductory offers
Introductory offers are for new members only. After the introductory period, standard rates apply automatically. Specific conditions are shown at sign-up and form part of these Terms.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period. For distance contracts, you have withdrawal rights and complaint procedure under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Rights Protection'. Refunds are provided as required by that law.

Send complaints to contact@apexiumlogistics.com. We respond within the time limits set by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
