Beginner studio in Kyiv

Your first yoga or pilates class, explained before you book it.

One 60-minute intro lesson, one 45-minute equipment orientation, then a four-week ramp you can actually follow. No experience and no flexibility test.

The intro lesson is 500 UAH, credited in full toward your first membership if you join within 14 days of the lesson.

  • You have never touched a reformer and want the springs set for you.
  • You want one fixed weekly slot instead of a drop-in lottery.
  • You would rather see the whole four-week plan before you pay.

01 / First visit

The first 60 minutes, minute by minute

You do not need to know a single pose before you walk in. This is what the hour looks like, from the shoe rack to the moment you pick a class time.

  1. 00:00

    Arrival and shoes off

Reception checks your name, you leave your shoes at the rack, and the teacher walks you to your mat.

  2. 00:10

    A short conversation

Two or three questions: what brought you here, any old injuries, what feels tight. Nothing is graded and nothing is timed.

  3. 00:20

    Mat basics

Breath, spine position and three beginner shapes. You copy the teacher at your own pace, with props within reach.

    Wear socks with grip
  4. 00:35

A first look at the equipment

Reformer, chair, barrel and wall springs. You learn the setup for each piece before anyone asks you to move on it.

    Full 45-minute equipment orientation included
  5. 00:50

    Your starting level

The teacher names your level from 0 to 3 and shows which class times already fit it this week.

  6. 01:00

    Booking and payment

You choose a slot, pay at reception or by card, and leave with your first class time in writing.
